Land deed dated 22 January 1867 for a parcel of land in the Otago region of New Zealand signed by Grey as Governor and Commander in Chief in and over the Colony of New Zealand. Contains a paper seal attached with the words ' Victoria & G Britanniarum Regina the Islands of New Zealand'
