From former New Zealand Prime Minister, the late Sir Keith Holyoake's estate comes the signed photograph by President Nixon presented to the Prime Minister when he visited the White House on September 16, 1969.
Inscribed in Nixon's hand 'To Prime Minister and Mrs Holyoake with many pleasant memories of our meeting in Washington, September 16, 1969, Richard Nixon' and in his wife's hand 'Patricia Nixon'.
Framed to 45cm x 40cm using Shinkalite which protects against UV light, this item contains a formal colour portrait of the Nixon family. Some slight discolorisation has occurred in the photo but Nixon's handwriting is clear and bold although Patricia's autograph is somewhat faded.
The photo can be removed from the frame for overseas mailing if preferred.
Rare at this level to come onto the market.
